This vane in the Armory Park neighborhood downtown is part of a building with a lot of train motifs. It is also close to the Southern Pacific railroad tracks.

This rooster doesn't have any particular connection to Tucson, but roosters are a popular weather vane the world around. Perhaps it has something to do with rising early to meet the morning sun? This guy is on top of a downtown Tucson park behind the main fire station.
